Personal and passport information, contact details, professional/travel details and the documents you upload, including passport copy, photograph, visiting card and invitation.
We use this data to review your submission, manage visa-processing operations, contact you about missing documents or status updates, and maintain records connected to your application.
Application records are stored in the portal database. Uploaded documents may also be stored in the configured Google Drive workspace used by the processing team.
